Last year, Phillip Lough of Bath was found dead in a house in Bath.
Last month, murder suspect Ryan Morrow was found guilty of the murder of Lough.
The trial of the other suspect in the case, Jacob Horn, 24, of Painted Post, has been going on this week. The Corning Leader is reporting that on Thursday in Steuben County Court, Horn said that last year in Bath, Ryan Morrow threatened Horn with a fireplace tool stand, and forced Horn to help kill Phillip Lough, after Morrow unexpectedly started attacking Lough.
Horn also reportedly told the court that he thought that Lough was already dead.
Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker is reported as having said that Jacob Horn is contradicting previous versions of the story that Horn has given.
The jury may have a decision soon.
