January 11, 2021: Allegany Co Reports 15 New Cases

In the United States, the COVID-19 virus has infected approximately 22.5 million people, and there have been over 375,000 deaths. According to the New York State Department of Health COVID-19 tracker, there have been 1,140,156 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there have been 31,841 deaths statewide. As of 3:25 p.m. on January 11, Allegany County’s statistics are as follows:

Confirmed Cases: 2,211 (15 new)
Recovered Cases: 1,952
COVID-19 Related Deaths: 53 (Depending on reporting times and agencies, this figure may vary between different reports.)
Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date: 8,337

Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 7,482
Currently Quarantined/Isolated: 855
Precautionary Travel Quarantines to Date: 1,547
Total COVID-19 Antibody Tests Given: 965
Total COVID-19 Antibody Positives: 67
