According to the New York State Department of Health COVID-19 tracker, there have been 1,271,451 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there have been 33,415 deaths statewide. As of
3:30 p.m. on January 20, Allegany County’s statistics are as follows:

Confirmed Cases: 2,419 (17 new)
Recovered Cases: 2,226
COVID-19 Related Deaths: 53 (Depending on reporting times and agencies, this figure may vary between different reports.)
Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date: 8,978
Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 8,330
Currently Quarantined/Isolated: 648
Precautionary Travel Quarantines to Date: 1,594
Total COVID-19 Antibody Tests Given: 995
Total COVID-19 Antibody Positives: 78
