HORNELL, NY – Hornell Deputy Mayor/Alderman John Buckley issued the following statement this morning:
“Everyone should take a long look outside at the heavy snow we are getting. Now consider driving to Dansville or Wellsville to deliver a baby. Stripping our community of maternity services will put lives of women and unborn children at unnecessary risk. I find this shameful and unacceptable.”
