HANOVER, PA-John D. Hendrickson, Jr., 69, formerly of Hornell, passed away Thursday (January 19, 2017) in Hanover, PA, after a short battle with cancer.
John served 23 years in the Army, including two tours in Vietnam. He was the Army Recruiter in Hornell for many years in the 1970s and 1980s.
Survivors include 4 children: John (Jennifer) Hendrickson III, of Cuba, NY, Lisa Hendrickson, of Hornell, Lori-Ann (Dan) Meehan, of Hornell and Tammy (Matt) Wing, of Hornell; also 13 grand-children.
At John’s request, there will be no open calling hours.
