Judge Furfure Will Rule on Libordi/Stephens Case In The Next Two Months

September 17, 2014

BATH, NY – The Larry “Hot Dog” Stephens and North Hornell Village Trustee Frank Libordi case to have Ken Isaman removed from being Hornellsville Town Supervisor, was in court yesterday.

Judge Marianne Furfure told Libordi and Stephens repeatedly that they had no evidence on their claim that Ken Isaman was getting residuals from the Sweeney Agency, a major part of their case against Isaman.

Judge Furfure should have a decision in writing sometime in the next two months.  As we reported yesterday, neither Libordi or Stephens would comment, but both did say negative things about this radio station to our reporter before the courtroom proceedings started.
