June 3, 2021 – Two Covid Deaths In Allegany County

An 86-year-old male and an 80-year-old-female are the 57th and 58th Allegany County residents to pass
away due to complications from COVID-19.

The Allegany County Department of Health (ACDOH) is sad to report to our residents and community there has been two additional COVID-19 related death bringing our total to 58. Both deaths, a male age 86 and a female age 80 were due to or a consequence of COVID-19. We extend our deepest condolences to their families, and we ask that you respect the families’ privacy during this difficult time.

It is imperative that Allegany County residents continue to wear a mask if you are not vaccinated, follow social/physical distancing protocols when possible, wash your hands often to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and get vaccinated.
