BATH, NY – WETM reports that jury selection is set to begin Monday in a murder trial.
Jacob Horn, 23, of Painted Post, whose trial is about to begin, is one of two suspects who is accused of killing Phillip Lough, in Bath, in Corning, one year ago.
The other suspect is Ryan Morrow, 20, of Corning.
