ROCHESTER, NY – ABC WHAM Channel 13 TV in Rochester reports that State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is going after a K-Mart in Ontario County, for selling a toy gun that looks too realistic.
Schneiderman is ordering the store to stop selling the toy gun until the situation is investigated.
