SYRACUSE, NY – The Syracuse Post reports that a Syracuse man briefly kidnapped three children at gun point this weekend in Syracuse. The kidnapping came to an end, when officers caught up with the van that the man drove away in. Officials say that the suspect tried to run over three Syracuse cops during his getaway.
