ALBANY, NY – Less schools are in fiscal stress, that’s the conclusion of a report issued this week by New York State Comptroller Tom Dinapoli. The number of schools that used to be in fiscal stress was 82 schools, now it’s down to 59 schools. Also, in the report, it was noted that Andover Central School was among the schools that was listed as a school that is susceptible to being in fiscal stress, but is not in fiscal stress yet.
