HORNELLSVILLE, NY – On February 27, North Hornell Village Trustee Frank Libordi lost his lawsuit filed in Steuben County Court, to have Hornellsville Town Supervisor Ken Isaman removed from being supervisor.
However, Libordi is taking the case to the state appeals court in Rochester.
