Livingston Co Pullover Results In Two Hornell Arrests

LIVINSTON COUNTY, NY – There were two arrests after a pullover on I-390 in Avon. Charged were Barclay Cooke, 44, Hornell, and Kristy Smallwood, 43, Hornell.

Both Cooke and Smallwood were said to be in possession of felony amounts of powder and crack cocaine. Cooke was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree and felony criminal tampering with physical evidence. Smallwood was charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree.

Both Barclay Cooke and Kristy Smallwood were released on their own recognizance, as they did not qualify for bail reform.
Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty says the pullover and arrests, happened on April 12.
