Local Man Accused Of Making Threats on the Phone

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reprots that Gerald Cleveland, 46, of South Hornell Street, Hornellsville, is accused of making threatening telephone calls to social workers in Bath and Corning.
 
Cleveland allegedly threatening to cut their throats.
He is in Steuben County Jail without bail, after being charged with 2nd degree aggravated harassment and making terroristic threats.
