Wayland and North Hornell State Police have charged Andrew Burley, 30 of Hornell, with 3rd degree Grand Larceny and 1st degree Falsifying Business Records.
Burley is accused of embezzling over $4,000 from Ben Weitsman Recycling, LLC, while working there as an employee.
Burley was remanded to Steuben County Jail on $5,000 bail.
