The Rockafeller Institute of Government, has a list of what towns are not allowing marijuana dispensaries. Here are just a few places that are not going to have marijuana dispensaries:
Almond, Angelica, Avoca, Belfast, the Town of Canisteo and Hammondsport. The Hornell Common Council has not voted on this yet but the council is going to vote on this on December 20.
