The Steuben County Public Health Department has announced that in the month of March, that 19 overdoses were reported, 0 fatalities were reported, and Narcan was administered six times by officials.
Steuben County Public Health Director Darlene Smith says, this is showing a 33 percent decrease in overdoses.
