Mayor John Buckley declares September Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in the City of Hornell, issues proclamation.
“This September, we once again shine a light on this incredibly important issue and continue to stand with every child and family who are courageously battling cancer, while always remembering those who we have lost. While there continue to be many advances made in research and treatment, the work must continue until we reach a 100% cure rate so that every single child who has faced this disease can go on to live a long, healthy, happy life,” said Mayor John Buckley.
