HORNELL, NY – Hornell City Hall has issued the following statement:
Mayor Shawn Hogan announced that residents are again being solicited by an energy company, IDT Energy. This company is not licensed to solicit in the City of Hornell and the Mayor urges residents to ignore these solicitations.
