HORNELL, NY – Hornell Mayor Shawn Hogan issued the following statement today:
“In today’s society, a college degree is almost always needed to launch a successful career for young professionals. Governor Cuomo’s dedication to making SUNY and CUNY tuition-free for middle-class families will provide more students from all social and economic backgrounds the opportunity to go to college, earn a degree and provide a positive contribution to communities all across New York State. I applaud the Governor for his leadership on this vital issue.”
