HORNELL, NY – Mayor John Buckley, (who was called to jury duty last week, which was his first week as mayor) has appointed Tonie Deebs as Human Resources Director for Hornell City employees.
Tonie Deebs has been working for four years at city hall, and also works in the chamberlain’s office.
