Melissa Olin Has Pleaded Guilty

BATH, NY – Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker reports that Melissa Olin, of Avoca, who worked at the Steuben County Treasurers Office, has pleaded guilty to tampering with public records in the first degree.

The district attorney says Melissa Olin stole money and then made false entries to cover the payments. She could get up to three years, when she is sentenced in March of 2015.
