WLEA Meteorologist Gary Best announced this afternoon that Joaquin is now a Category Four Storm, that will not hit most of the USA’s east coast. “Except maybe, for some coastal flooding at the time of high tides, over the next few days, over the mid-atlantic and maybe the northeastern coast line,’ Best told WLEA. “Current indications point towards the storm missing the east coast of the United States.”
