Meteorologist Rob Carolan: RIght Now It Looks Like Steuben County Won’t Get The Affects Of Debby

August 5, 2024

Meteorologist Rob Carolan says at this point it looks like downstate New York will be getting the bulk of the effects of Debby. “It has moved inland over the big bend area in Florida and the moisture of Debby looks like it’s going to remain well off to our east,” Carolan said this morning on WLEA. “By the end of the week some of that moisture might affect areas down towards New York City and eastern portions of New England, but it looks like a cold front is going to help divert that precipitation away from the Steuben County area,” Carolan said.
