Meth Lab Arrests In Addison And Rathbone

STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – Half a dozen suspects were charged by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department, when two residences (in Addison and Rathbone) were raided by the sheriff’s office Critical Incidence Response Team, and New York State Police and their Special Operations Response Team.

The suspects are:
Robert D. Baker, 32, County Route 119 Addison (3rd degree unlawful manufacturing of meth, 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.)
Samuel K. Byler, Jr. 26, Addison, (3rd degree unlawful manufacturing of meth)
Edward Howlett, 34, Addison, (2nd degree unlawful manufacturing of meth)
Serena Russell, 21, Savona, (3rd degree unlawful manufacturing of meth)
John Hallette, 24, Elkland PA, (3rd degree unlawful manufacturing of meth)
Ashley Webster, 26, Hornell, (3rd degree unlawful manufacturing of meth, 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance).

All of the suspects were remanded to Steuben County Jail.
