Meth Lab Suspect From Hornell Meth Lab Fire In Steuben County Jail

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police Investigator Tom Aini reports that Harold Warner, 28, is now in Steuben County Jail, after being brought back to Hornell, to face meth charges.
According to the investigator, Warner was transported back to Hornell and charged with one count of second degree unlawful manufacturing of meth, and three counts of 1st degree reckless endangerment. Those charges date back to the Feburary 19 fire on Olive Place in Hornell, when a meth lab exploded.
