CANISTEO, NY – Canisteo Police Chief Kyle Amidon reports that Kevin Tibbits, 36, of Arkport, was charged by Canisteo Police today with Manufacturing a Methamphetamine in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
The police chief in Canisteo says that these charges stem from a traffic stop made by the Canisteo Village Police Department. Tibbits was previously arrested
on similar charges in Schuyler County.
Tibbits was remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail, after being charged by Canisteo Police.
