FROM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE: A storm system will track into the Great Lakes region leading to a warm up with rain Wednesday afternoon and night. Rain and snowmelt will increase the potential for ice jam flooding. A few strong to severe thunderstorms with gusty to damaging winds are possible as well Wednesday afternoon and evening.
