This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
Today and tonight. Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move through the region. The main threat will be heavy downpours resulting in localized flooding. However, a few thunderstorms this afternoon and evening may become strong to severe with gusty to damaging winds and small hail.
