HORNELL, NY – Message From Hornell City Hall:
“Per order of the Governor, all local governments must reduce their workforce by 75% due to the continued spread of COVID-19. Effective Friday, March 20, 2020 The City of Hornell, City Hall Building will be closed at 12:00, NOON, for a thorough cleaning. Monday, March 23, 2020, City Hall hours will be 8AM-12PM and the building will remain closed to the Public until further notice. The office will still be available by phone at (607) 324-7421 and via email from 8AM-12PM, Monday-Friday.”
