“Although the North Hornell Village Board of Trustees set Trick or Treat hours for 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Saturday, October 31, 2020, we are not promoting Trick or Treat. This is due to the rising cases of Covid-19 in Steuben County and our Village. Please use your discretion. Thank you.”
