NORTH HORNELL, NY – The North Hornell Village Board, is giong to have a public vote on the marijuana opt-out law during village elections day, March 15. However, last night, in accordance with the state law on this, the North Hornell Village Board voted to opt out last night. However, that can obviously be changed by the the March 15th vote.
In other North Hornell news, $17,000 will be spent on a sewer line study in North Hornell, and the village is still in the process of updating their codes rules book.
