November 19th: Allegany County Has 28 New Cases

In the United States, the COVID-19 virus has infected approximately 11.4 million people, and there have been over 248,000 deaths. According to the New York State Department of Health COVID-19 tracker, there have been 574,072 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there have been 26,226 deaths statewide. As of 3:40 p.m. on November 18, Allegany County’s statistics are as follows:

Confirmed Cases: 754 (28 new)
Recovered Cases: 526
COVID-19 Related Deaths: 27
Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date: 4,055
Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 3,100
Currently Quarantined/Isolated: 955
Precautionary Travel Quarantines to Date: 1,258
Total COVID-19 Antibody Tests Given: 852
Total COVID-19 Antibody Positives: 47
