On Friday, Congressman Lee Zeldin called in to the Sean Hannity Radio Show, and told Hannity that Democrats were following his campaign bus, with a vehicle with a sign about Zeldin on it. Zeldin described this, to Sean Hannity as “being stalked by Governor Hochul and the Democrats.”
Statement From State Democrat Chair Jay Jacobs regarding the Democrats vehicle that accompanies the Zeldin Save Our State bus:
This weekend, the New York State Democratic Party deployed a mobile billboard across New York State to remind voters that Lee Zeldin is a far-right, anti-democratic extremist who voted to overturn the 2020 presidential election. The mobile billboard attended every Zeldin event, making sure voters knew he happily pushed Donald Trump’s “Big Lie” and worked to throw out their votes in a free and fair election.
“Lee Zeldin unapologetically voted to overturn the 2020 presidential election that was fairly decided,” said NYS Democratic Party Spokesperson James Martin. “The New York State Democrats needed to remind voters that his anti-democratic extremism was not only dangerous but also clearly makes him unfit to hold public office in our state.”
