Steuben County Republican Chairman Joe Sempolinski tells WLEA News that he was in Binghamton this morning, at the state’s Republican convention. Sempolinski says that he and all of the southern tier GOP Chairs voted for former NYPD Detective Mike Sapricone, who is now the designated candidate to run against U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.
