NYSP Won’t Enforce Portions of NY-SAFE ACT

The New York State Rifle and Pistol Association is congratulating the state police who have decided not to enforce portions of the Cuomo-sponsored NY SAFE ACT. In particular the state police, like the state Sheriff’s Association, will not enforce the provision dealing with fully loaded ten round magazines.

The Rifle and Pistol Association has promised to fight the SAFE ACT all the way to the Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, Assemblyman Phil Palmesano is inviting Second Amendment supporters to an anti-SAFE Act rally in Albany on Tuesday, April 1st, 11:30am in West Capital Park.
