Oak Orchard Health will host an open house on Tuesday, September 30th to commemorate merging with Canisteo Valley Family Practice. Attendees can tour the updated facility, meet providers and learn about expanded healthcare services. All are welcome to attend.
The Hornell location of Oak Orchard Health is at 7309 Seneca Road North.
