Join Assemblyman Phil Palmesano (R,C-Corning), Senator Mario Mattera (R,C-2nd Senate District), members of the Assembly Republican conference, members of the Senate Republican Conference and stakeholders for a press conference on Thursday, June 12 at 11 a.m. on the second floor of the million-dollar staircase at the state Capitol to denounce the reworked NY HEAT Act, known as the Customer Savings and Reliability Act. Palmesano will demonstrate how the new bill will do nothing to increase reliability and remains just as radical and unfeasible as the original NY HEAT Act.
