HORNELL, NY – Mayor Shawn Hogan announced Monday night that the owners of a nationally known company originating from Hornell, called Pants Saggin Dezign, will soon take control of a property located on the Broadway mall formerly know as Illusions Night Club. Hornell natives Ryan and Curt Fliatz plan on opening an entertainment center called “The Warehouse.” Hogan says the plans are to have a theater with a House of Blues type theme, hopefully to attract large venues comparable to Tags in Big Flats. Hogan also says that it is a significant economic development project in an under utilized building and the city is committed to restoring it to a viable entertainment facility.
