Due to the forecasted snow storm from the National Weather Service, the City of Hornell has issued a parking ban on city streets from 12:00 noon on Saturday until 6:00 pm Monday evening.
While driving, residents should use extreme caution due to icy conditions. No unnecessary travel is advised.
