So when is Paul Ceglia coming back to the U.S. from Equador? According to WIVB Buffalo TV, it won’t be any time soon. Ceglia and his wife and kids all disappeared from their Wellsville home in 2015. The Ceglias were eventually found by federal agents down in South America, and WIVB reports that Ceglia is now fighting extradition. One of his lawyers, Robert Fogg, was quoted as saying even if the extradition happens, that’ll be a few months before the Ceglias are brought back to America.
