BATH, NY – The Corning Leader reports that there’s a phone scam going on, where someone is asking for credit card numbers, to give to the Bath Youth Lacrosse Program in memory of Bath teen Nick Tillinghast, who was killed recently in an auto accident.
Police say this is a scam, that there is no legit phone solicitation that has been going on, in Nick Tillinghast’s name.
