ALFRED, NY – Alfred Police Chief Paul Griffith reports that there is a power outage, affecting residents in Alfred, Almond, West Almond and Ward, possibly parts of Andover. The Police Chief says, if anyone needs to take shelter at the Alfred Village Hall is available, as well as the two college campuses for the college students.
