NORTH HORNELL, NY – Due to a power line being down in North Hornell, the North Hornell Fire Department and Hornell Police are directing traffic on Route 36, as there are traffic lights that are currently not working.
Also, we’re told that there are outages inside one of the stores, as of this posting.
