STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – As of this posting, at 6:53pm, Hornell has around 1200 NYSEG customers without power. Also, Steuben Rural Electric is reporting that they have customers without power in both Hornell and Canisteo.
NYSEG says that they are expecting Hornell to have power restored by 10:30pm tonight (Tue March 3, 2020).
