STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – The morning started out with over 500 power outages across Steuben County, including Hornell and Bath. NYSEG reported at 8:45 this morning, power had been restored to all of their customers in Hornell and Bath, and that the majority of power outages were in Lindley.
