UPDATE – 1:21pm – the power has been restored to all NYSEG customers.
11:31am – Now they are down to 239 outages, all in the Village of Canisteo.
STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – Steuben County has some power outages this morning. There are 813 outages reported in the Village of Canisteo, in the Town of Canisteo 175 outages, and in Hornellsville 61 customers without power. Also, one outage in Jasper.
