HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police report that a Hornell man, Jason Shepard, escaped briefly from custody of the county officials, when Shepard was brought to the Hornell Court House on Thursday morning, after being transported there from the county jail.
Officials say that Shepard was brought to Hornell, for a court appearance for a probation violation.
Hornell Police quickly found Shepard, who is back in custody and facing additional charges.
