CAMERON, NY – Steven Risley, 43, of Rathbone, was killed last night in the 10pm hour in the Steuben County Town of Rathbone, when a vehicle he was driving, went off the road, struck a tree. Risley was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger, Melissa Risley, 30, was airlifted to Robert Packard Hospital, where she is listed as being in stable condition.
