Congressman Tom Reed has come out against House Speaker Paul Ryan firing Father Pat Conroy, who was the house chaplain in Washington, who was let go by House Speaker Paul Ryan. Reed says he is “unaware of any legitimate grounds for getting rid of the Father Conroy.” Reed also says that he “stands with his colleagues in questioning the removal of the house chaplain,” having known Conroy for seven years.
